A short conversation helps us discuss your concerns and see if we’re the right fit.

Step 2
Your First Appointment

If we decide to work together, we’ll schedule your first in‑person or virtual session.

In this session, I’ll ask more detailed questions about your symptoms, background, and goals to help shape a personalized treatment plan.

Step 3
Moving Forward

Sessions are 50 minutes and payment is due at the end of each session (via e‑transfer).

Services aren’t covered by OHIP, but many extended health plans provide reimbursement. Receipts can also be claimed as a medical expense on your taxes.
